Darkness came earlier, the cold crept in and the Black Knights stole a second half victory away from the Longhorns. Last night’s matchup was a shooting match well into the third quarter, with each team answering the other, but at the end of the day, someone is gonna walk away with the victory, and last night it was the Knights, who broke a three-game losing streak at Johnson County’s expense. You could feel the sense of loss, as the Horns control over their own destiny in the seeding race slipped away, but next week’s non region home game against Abingdon gives Johnson County a little time and an opportunity to bounce back from this one, before they head to Pigeon Forge to continue the hunt for their playoff spot.
